Classes and Workshops
Forager, artist, and creative educator Constance Wilde (Rachel) creates immersive seasonal workshops exploring wild foods, mushrooms, herbalism, botanical crafts, fermentation, natural dyes, traditional creative practices, and sustainable relationships with the natural world. Drawing from over fifteen years of hands-on experience working with plants, fungi, natural materials, and traditional craft techniques, these workshops combine guided outdoor exploration with shared meals, creative projects, ecological education, and practical skills inspired by the landscapes of the Rocky Mountains. Events are designed to help participants build confidence with local plants and seasonal materials while reconnecting with creativity, observation, community, and the rhythms of the natural world. Workshops are hosted in and around Nederland, Colorado and welcome both beginners and experienced participants interested in foraging, ecology, sustainability, herbal traditions, and hands-on creative learning. Exact locations may change depending on weather and seasonality and will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the event.
